This website and service are owned and operated by AlliedInk3 LLC, doing business as The AI Plug Studio™. We create custom AI influencer characters, AI product photography, AI lifestyle visuals, and short-form campaign videos for beauty, wellness, fashion, and product-based brands.
Our packages may include a custom AI brand character, a character board, AI-generated lifestyle and product images, short-form video clips, and creative direction — as described on our Packages and Pricing pages. The exact deliverables, timeline, and price for your project are confirmed with you individually before work begins, based on the package or custom quote you accept.
Projects begin after you submit the client intake form, we confirm scope and price, and your deposit or payment is received. Your production timeline begins once your deposit clears and you've provided all brand details and materials needed to start. Specific deposit amounts, payment schedules, and package pricing are listed on our Pricing page or in your individual quote — those figures, not this page, control for your project.
Once you book a project, our Legal Terms — a Client Services Agreement covering deliverables, revisions, licensing, ownership, and cancellation — govern that project. Please read them before booking.
If you provide product photos, packaging, logos, brand colors, reference images, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, and that sharing them with us for use in your project does not infringe on anyone else's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of any brand, product, or claim information you give us to include in your content.
Each package includes one round of minor revisions — small edits like text updates, caption changes, light style tweaks, simple image swaps, or minor direction adjustments. Major changes, such as rebuilding the AI influencer, changing the full concept, creating new scenes from scratch, redoing completed videos, or adding new deliverables, are treated as additional work and may require an added fee, quoted before we proceed.
Turnaround times vary by package and are listed on our FAQ page. Larger or custom projects may have an adjusted timeline, which we confirm with you before work begins.
Standard package pricing includes a license to use your delivered content on your brand's own organic marketing channels — social media posts, your website, email marketing, and product pages.
Paid advertising use (including boosted posts, Spark Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), extended licensing, exclusivity, and full buyouts are not included in standard pricing and must be quoted and agreed to separately before you use content that way. If you plan to run content as a paid ad, tell us during booking so we can quote the correct license.
You receive and may use the final content assets included in your package, under the usage rights described above. The underlying AI influencer character design, and any unused variations, drafts, or source files, remain the property of The AI Plug Studio unless a separate written buyout or exclusivity agreement is signed. Exclusive ownership or exclusive use of an AI character is available by request as a separate paid agreement.
All content we create is AI-generated influencer-style content — it is not traditional creator-filmed UGC and does not depict a real person unless separately disclosed. Depending on where and how you use the content (for example, running it as an ad, or posting it as if it were organic customer content), you may be responsible for complying with platform rules (such as Meta or TikTok ad policies) and applicable advertising or endorsement disclosure laws in your jurisdiction, including rules from bodies like the U.S. Federal Trade Commission regarding AI-generated or synthetic media. We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice — please confirm your own disclosure obligations with a qualified professional before publishing, especially for paid campaigns.
Because each project is custom creative work built specifically for your brand, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to cancel before work begins, contact us as soon as possible — any refund of an unused deposit is at our discretion and depends on how far along scheduling and pre-production are. Completed and delivered projects are not eligible for refunds.
We create high-quality AI content, but we do not and cannot guarantee sales, engagement, follower growth, virality, or any other business outcome from using it. Results depend on your own marketing, audience, platform algorithms, and other factors outside our control.
You're welcome to browse this site, view the portfolio, and submit the client intake form. You may not copy, scrape, or republish our site's content, images, or code without written permission; use the site for anything unlawful or deceptive; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site; or impersonate The AI Plug Studio or falsely claim affiliation with us.
Everything on this site — text, graphics, portfolio images and video, page design, and branding — is the property of AlliedInk3 LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Our work references and is shared on third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook) and produced using third-party AI tools. We don't own or control those services and are not responsible for their availability, policies, pricing, or how they handle your data. Your use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform's own terms.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AlliedInk3 LLC and The AI Plug Studio are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
